Darüber hinaus ist der Anbieter dazu verpflichtet, alle Empfänger, denen gegenüber Daten durch den Anbieter offengelegt worden sind, über jedwede Berichtigung oder Löschung von Daten oder die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, die aufgrund der Artikel 16, 17 Abs. 1, 18 DSGVO erfolgt, zu unterrichten. Diese Verpflichtung besteht jedoch nicht, soweit diese Mitteilung unmöglich oder mit einem unverhältnismäßigen Aufwand verbunden ist. II. Drepturile utilizatorilor și ale persoanelor vizate

În ceea ce privește prelucrarea datelor descrisă mai detaliat mai jos, utilizatorii și persoanele vizate au dreptul

la confirmarea faptului că datele care îi privesc sunt prelucrate, la informații despre datele prelucrate, la informații suplimentare despre prelucrarea datelor și la copii ale datelor (a se vedea și Art. 15 GDPR);
la rectificarea sau completarea datelor incorecte sau incomplete (a se vedea și Art. 16 GDPR);
la ștergerea imediată a datelor care îi privesc (a se vedea și Art. 17 GDPR), sau, alternativ, în măsura în care este necesară o prelucrare ulterioară conform Art. 17 alin. 3 GDPR, la restricționarea prelucrării conform Art. 18 GDPR;
la primirea datelor care îi privesc și pe care le-au furnizat și la transmiterea acestor date altor furnizori/responsabili (a se vedea și Art. 20 GDPR);

În plus, furnizorul este obligat să informeze toți destinatarii cărora le-au fost divulgate date de către furnizor cu privire la orice rectificare sau ștergere a datelor sau la restricționarea prelucrării care are loc în temeiul articolelor 16, 17 alin. 1, 18 GDPR. Această obligație nu există, însă, în măsura în care această notificare este imposibilă sau implică un efort disproporționat. III. Informații despre prelucrarea datelor

Datele dumneavoastră prelucrate la utilizarea site-ului nostru web vor fi șterse sau blocate de îndată ce scopul stocării nu mai este valabil, ștergerea datelor nu contravine obligațiilor legale de păstrare și nu sunt furnizate informații contrare mai jos cu privire la procedurile individuale de prelucrare.
